Lakeside Pakenham - Public Art Program
Council’s vision was to develop a high quality and varied public art collection which responds to the local environment and actively engages a community which values innovation and creativity. The three projects were commissioned after initial community consultation with enthusiastic contributions from local residents and artists who identified ideas and themes unique to Cardinia.
