2. Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only available as per the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice. A copy of the code can be viewed on the LPA website.
3. The right is reserved to vary advertised programs or seating arrangements and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
4. The management reserves the right to refuse admission or evict patrons.
5. Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of the management at a convenient break in the program.

Tickets: Are gift vouchers available for purchase?
Cardinia Cultural Centre gift vouchers are available for purchase from the CCC Box Office, in person, over the telephone and online.
Vouchers are valid for 3 years and can be used to purchase tickets to any show at the Cardinia Cultural Centre.

Tickets: What do I do if I did not receive my tickets or confirmation of purchase?
If you do not receive confirmation within 10 minutes of submitting payment information online or via telephone, please contact the CCC Box Office as soon as possible and a friendly team member will assist you. CCC will not be responsible for any loss incurred where the patron did not receive confirmation and made no attempt to confirm the order.
Tickets: Can CCC Box Office reprint my ticket if it is lost or misplaced?
Tickets for collection at CCC Box Office are available to collect during trading hours.
Tickets can be reprinted by Box Office up to one hour prior to performance commencement.
The ticket holder will need to provide suitable identification when requesting ticket reprints.
General Admission tickets are highly transferable, as they are not assigned to a customer’s account and should be treated like cash.
Tickets: How do I know if a performance has special effects or audience advice?
Cardinia Cultural Centre (CCC) provides key performance information, including special effects notice and audience advice on the CCC website, ticketing page and centre signage.
Performance information is provided by each individual production company and as a result, details and specifics may vary from show to show. If you have additional questions related to your needs, please contact the CCC Box Office team ahead of purchasing your tickets.
Tickets: Can I exchange or have my tickets refunded after purchase?
All tickets sales are final. Tickets are not refundable, and not available for exchange once issued except in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Tickets: What happens if a show is cancelled or postponed?
In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise advised.
Patrons will have the option to request a refund for the value of the purchased ticket(s) for a postponed show by contacting CCC Box Office prior to the announcement of the new show date.
In the event of show postponement, ticket refund authorisation remains with the production company.
In the event of a cancellation, the refund will be processed as per the original method of payment (cash, credit card, EFTPOS) and may require the patron to attend the CCC Box Office in person to finalise the transaction.
Tickets: Reserve Now Pay Later Reservations
Cardinia Cultural Centre has the option for patrons to reserve now pay later to reserve tickets to shows and events presented by Cardinia Cultural Centre, such as the Sip and See program.
Reserved seats must have been paid for seven (7) working days prior to the show date. Any reserved tickets that have not been paid for seven (7) working days prior to the show will be released back to general sale without notification.
Reserve Now Pay Later tickets are not available for commercial or hired events/performances except in the event of purchasing 10 or more tickets.
Tickets: How do you access concession ticket rates?
Holders of the below concession cards are offered concession rates for shows where concession tickets are advertised. If requested, patrons must be able to present their concession cards at the show.

Some production companies vary or limit the type of concession cards they accept. In such instance, this information will be noted on the CCC website and ticketing page.
Tickets: Companion Card Scheme
Cardinia Cultural Centre honours the Companion Card Scheme. Cardholders are entitled to a free ticket for shows they attend as a companion. Card holders must provide a valid Companion Card or Companion Card number at the time of booking, collection and/or at the show.
Only the person whose photograph and name appear on the card can use the Companion Card.
The companion ticket is not valid unless the cardholder is present.
Tickets: Are there any other websites I can purchase tickets from, other than the Cardinia Cultural Centre website?
All tickets to shows and events at Cardinia Cultural Centre are sold on the CCC website only.

Do not purchase tickets from any other website other than the Cardinia Cultural Centre website. Tickets purchased from other sources may be unauthorised and unauthorised tickets will not be honoured, including refunds.
Etiquette: When to arrive
Cardinia Cultural Centre and Chimes Eatery café is open one hour prior to show time. The doors to the theatre will open between 15-30 minutes prior to the advertised show time.
Patrons are invited to arrive with enough time to find their seats and get comfortable.
Etiquette: Food and drink
Chimes Eatery is Cardinia Cultural Centre’s onsite café. It is open Tuesday – Sunday 8am – 3pm and one hour prior to shows at CCC.
The theatre is not a place to eat a whole meal. Small snacks and beverages are permitted into the theatre, but they should be consumed discreetly and not distract audience and performers.
Chimes Eatery provides a range of suitable snacks and beverages to be purchased ahead of the show as well as pre-show meal packages on select shows.
Cardinia Cultural Centre is a licensed venue and complies with the Liquor Control Act 1998. Patrons and guests may be requested to provide proof of identity and/or age any time.
No hot food, take away food or glass is permitted in the theatre.
Patrons are welcome to bring their non-glass refillable water bottles into the theatre. Water fountains and taps are located throughout CCC.
Etiquette: Latecomers
If a patron arrives late and the show has commenced, they may be advised to wait for a suitable time when an usher can guide them into the theatre. This ensures limited disruption to the performers and audience.
Some shows have a total lockout. In this instance, latecomers will not be permitted into the show, and refunds will not be issued.
Etiquette: Entering and exiting the theatre
During a show, entering and exiting the theatre should be kept to a minimum. Patrons are asked to exit or enter the theatre at the end of a song when the audience is applauding. When returning to the theatre and their seats, patrons are asked to follow the instructions of the ushers.
Etiquette: Talking, singing or dancing
It can be tempting to chat about the show when something is happening on the stage, however this can be disruptive to the other patrons.
Patrons are asked to refrain from singing along, unless this is part of the show, and they are invited to join in by the performers on stage.
Patrons are asked to stay in their seats at all times; and not stand or dance in the aisles as they need to remain clear in the event of an evacuation.
Etiquette: Listen to staff
It is the job of Cardinia Cultural Centre ushers and staff to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons attending CCC.
Patrons asked to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and complying with the instructions from CCC ushers.
Abusive behaviour to any staff or other patrons will not be tolerated.
Any patron, regardless of age, who intentionally interrupts the enjoyment of other visitors may be asked to leave a show, event and/or the centre. In these instances, a refund will not be issued.
Accessibility: Is Cardinia Cultural Centre an accessible venue?

Accessibility: Does Cardinia Cultural Centre have accessible seats?
Wheelchair accessible seats are located in Row G. To book a wheelchair accessible seat, contact CCC Box Office. Please be aware that theatre seats are removed to accommodate a wheelchair seat booking and this is done by the technical crew prior to show commencement.
If a carer is attending a show with a patron who requires a wheelchair seat, the carer must also reserve a seat in addition to the wheelchair seat.
Accessibility: Does Cardinia Cultural Centre have accessible toilets?
Yes, there are two public accessible toilets at CCC.
Accessibility: Can I bring my pram, bassinet or walking frame into the theatre?
Due to evacuation requirements, prams, bassinets and walking frames are not permitted in the theatre during shows. These items will be stored for patrons in the theatre foyer during the show.
CCC ushers will assist patrons with walkers to and from their seats.
Large bags, umbrellas etc. may also need to be left outside of the theatre or in a designated area if they impede theatre walkways and/or exit pathways.
Patrons are recommended to take their valuables into the theatre.
Accessibility: Is first aid available at Cardinia Cultural Centre?
No, in the event of a medical emergency an ambulance will be called.
CCC is equipped with a defibrillator that is available to the public in the event of a medical emergency.
Accessibility: Is there a baby change facility?
Yes, baby change facilities are located within the accessible toilets.
Kids: Babes in Arms Policy
Cardinia Cultural Centre follows a Babes in Arms Policy. For most shows at CCC, children who have not yet turned two years old may be admitted at no cost and without a purchased ticket. In these cases, children will not be allocated a seat and must be seated on the lap of a parent or guardian for the duration of the show.
Shows that are specifically designed for younger children will often require children under the age of two to be admitted with a ticket.
Ticketing information relating to each individual show will be outlined on the CCC website and ticketing page.
Kids: Do I need to accompany my child to a show if they are under 18 years of age?
All individuals under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, at all times, as Cardinia Cultural Centre is a licensed venue.
Etiquette: Young children
In the event a baby or child becomes too restless and vocal to stay in their seat, patrons are kindly asked to step out into the foyer space with them until the baby or child can return to the theatre.
Patrons are encouraged to check the age recommendations for the show prior to purchasing tickets.
Animals: Can I bring an animal to Cardinia Cultural Centre?
Only registered assistance animals are permitted at Cardinia Cultural Centre.
The animal must be wearing their identification or be able to present their Assistance Animal Pass to be admitted into CCC and / or to outdoor ticketed shows and events.
Animals on leashes are permitted at outdoor, un-ticketed events and gatherings.
Etiquette: Mobile phone use
During the show, patrons are asked to refrain from using their mobile phones to avoid disruption to the audience and performers. This includes checking for notifications as screen brightness is amplified in a dark theatre.
In the event of an urgent situation, patrons are advised to step outside of the theatre to attend to their communications.
Photography/ Video: Can I record or take photos during a performance or event?
Photography, video and audio recording are prohibited within Cardinia Cultural Centre theatre unless otherwise advised on the theatre signage.
Patrons who fail to follow the instructions of ushers and staff in this matter will be asked to leave the centre. Refunds will not be issued.
Etiquette: Dress for the occasion
While there is no strict dress code for Cardinia Cultural Centre, smart casual is recommended as a minimum when attending a show. The theatre can feel cold for some patrons, so bringing a light layer is advisable.
Etiquette: Hats
Hats should not be worn inside the theatre as they can obstruction the view for fellow patrons. If your view is obstructed by a person in front of you, please see one of our friendly ushers.
Etiquette: Cloak room
There is no cloak room at CCC. Patrons are recommended not to bring large bags or personal items into the theatre.
Smoking
Cardinia Cultural Centre is a smoke free centre. Smoking, vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited within the venue and grounds.
