1. CCC Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within that time period. Any remaining balance at the end of that period will be forfeited.
2. CCC Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for tickets to events sold via CCC Ticketing Services.
3. CCC Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further CCC Gift Vouchers.
4. CCC Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase food or merchandise.
5. CCC Gift Vouchers are issued to the value specified by the purchaser.
6. CCC Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferrable.
7. CCC Gift Vouchers can be partially redeemed. If the cost of the ticket purchase is more than the redeemable value of a CCC Gift Voucher, the voucher holder is required to pay the difference. Multiple CCC Gift Vouchers may be used as payment for a single transaction.
8. If the transaction total at redemption is less than the value of the CCC Gift Voucher, the remaining credit balance of the CCC Gift Voucher will remain on the voucher and may be redeemed prior to the expiry date in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. CCC will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
